Refund policy
All Alpha Kamp (AK) products are sold with an 18 month manufacturer’s warranty, from the date of purchase. Every product is quality inspected by AK before being sent to our customers. At the discretion of AK, customers (“purchasers”) may be entitled to repairs or compensation for damages attributed to manufacturing faults.
Should a delivered item arrive damaged, please send photos to info@alphakamp.com.au immediately. This warranty does not cover ‘damage in transit’ if you pick up your item.
Once a product is taken possession of, we are no longer held liable for its loss or theft.
Should a manufacturing fault be determined, we may either repair, replace, refund, or compensate appropriately at our discretion.
Our warranties DO NOT cover:
AK will not accept liability for damages (accidental or deliberate) incurred, or injuries suffered, by the self-installation or faulty installation of our products. AK recommends that the purchaser seek assistance by a professional when installing our products.
Damage due to misuse
AK will not cover damages caused by the misuse or improper use of our products, punctures or tears to materials or zippers broken under force.
Environmental damage
Damages incurred due to weather, such as UV fading, wind damage, mould and condensation, are not classified as manufacturing faults.
Modifications
Any modifications made to AK products that result in damage, will not be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Wear and tear
The general wear and tear of our products, even after proper use and storage is not covered by this warranty.
